Taking over the 60,000 square-foot space, which spans two stories, will be Life Time, a company that proudly brands itself as an "athletic country club." They have already inked a lease that lasts for 15 years, as shown in public documents from Santa Clara County.
Meghan Akradi, a vice president of real estate at Life Time, expressed enthusiasm about the location during a June 2025 interview, stating, "Santana Row is a great location. It’s hard to do better than Santana Row in terms of iconic properties." This sentiment underscores the desirability of the site and its potential for attracting customers.
